We have visited The Island Cow twice so far this trip to Sanibel Island and have had breakfast and lunch — hoping to make it one more time before we go back home! Our food was delicious both visits and our wait staff both visits were wonderful! Portions were large and menu is huge! It’s so hard to decide! They were wonderful with our kids too! I’m definitely a fan of The Island Cow!!
