So disappointed in the Island Cow. We stopped by over the weekend and no one was wearing masks or gloves. No paper menus and not all tables were 6 ft apart. We got up and left right away.

We love this unique place on Sanibel Island. Great for Breakfast and Lunch. Our last visit was on Saturday May 9th for Lunch. Unfortunately this time we had a very rude female server. Not a greating, not a smile. Finally we got our table outside. After 10 minutes we have been asked for drinks. Waited another 10 minutes to get the drinks (Ice Tea). Is my favorite restaurant. I feel in peace right there. With the family and friends. Food is amazing. Like homemade
The service was fantastic. I had the pan seared crab cake sandwich which was loaded with crab on a brioche bun. Free muffins to start. The prices are reasonable. The fries were crispy and hot.
