Updated Alright I have waited a month and a half to write my review but it may be updated as time goes on but for now here it is. First off beautiful building. I love my unit. At first glance. If you are like me and know if I am going to be paying thousands possibly , depending on utility bills, that a month and a half into moving in I have yet to get for my first month.. so waiting to see that amount. Please look at the reviews — I can’t wait to leave this place. Management (George) is terrible. The walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors clearly, and there is constant noise late at night. To make matters worse, many residents smoke inside the building, so the hallways and even apartments constantly smell disgusting. Don’t make the same mistake I did by ignoring the warnings. I live in the smallest studio unit, and even when I was out of town for over a month, I still got charged more than $90 in utilities and ... read more

This place is horrible. Could not wait for the lease to be done. Within 10 months we had 1 AC leak from the apartment upstairs, bathroom sink shower and toilet flooded supposedly from the outside rain. Twice water came down from above through the bathroom lights. We paid for parking and first week our car was towed and had to pay . Management did not give us our parking pass. They paid us back for the tow but not for the fine we got from the police.
