Had a great tour here today! Building is clean, pleasant and beautiful!! Staff is really nice and helpful! Looking forward to moving in!
Very weird. I scheduled a tour based on the availability shown on their website, but when I arrived, no one was there and I never received any notice of cancellation. Then I scheduled a second tour, but was told the staff was sick and unable to give a tour. They said before they tried to reach out to me, but I never had got any calls, messages, or emails. Where do I begin?I HAVE PHOTOS TO SUPPORT ALL OF MY COMPLAINTS AND VIDEOS FYI. I moved to the Irvines a year ago, everything was perfect in my eyes. Now??? It is Beyond TERRIBLE. The Irvine is not longer the building I toured a year ago. There is no concierge, no onsite management, or anyone on the grounds able to assist with residential issues as promised in the lease. There are many things the lease states, including onsite management, concierge, and emergency maintenance services, none of which are delivered upon. It took 2 months for them to come and fix my leaky sink. They are so quick to have leasing agents on site to get as many tenants as possible, but once you sign the lease, everyone disapp... read more
