I toured the property with Tiffany. She was absolutely the best. She was clear about expectations, lively and energetic. I'm not used to that type of customer service and she really made it a pleasure to shop for an apartment. Unfortunately, the apartments were not close enough to my employment, however, I told a couple of my friends about the property and they should be contacting her soon.
I wasn’t even looking to move, i was touring with a friend and right at the appointment time, tiffany was so nice and friendly and started the tour off great! she suddenly got an emergency call and began cryinggg! she was so apologetic and still proceeded to assist us with tears in her eyes! i felt so bad, that we offered to end the tour and told her to goooo..she mentioned that she had to leave early because of the call and we completely understood! she’s so great, please be understanding because i want to come back because... read more

I had such a great experience at The Irvine! From the moment I came in for my tour, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Tiffany Young-Stewart showed me around, and she was absolutely amazing.
