The Irrigation Professionals were the only company who said they could save the common landscaping in front of my townhouse when I needed to replace my main water line that was polybutelene--as they use a missile method instead of trenching which requires less holes in the yard (and they didn't have to remove all the bushes). Quick installation after scheduled and Miss Utility marked the yard. 2 day project. Nice people. Kept in communication during the install.
After being informed of a water main leak by Loudoun Water, I contacted multiple plumbers for estimates for the repair. Geary with the Irrigation Professionals came and was very professional and was the only one who offered to repair the line, which saved me thousands of dollars. The Irrigation Professionals offer to do the job was about 50% cheaper than their competition. Moreover, they were the only company to offer a non-destructive approach to replace the pipe. The two other companies wanted to either cut a tree in front of the house of drill holes in the wall to bring a new line over the ground. I believe that for this kind of work, The Irrigation Professionals are the ONLY company that knows what they are talking about.
very good customer service, however the technician was horrible. The job was to adjust, replace and direct water flow from all sprinkler heads. Check control box, the traditional maintenance visit. The technician totally seem uninterested in what he was doing, completed the work in minutes. I've had to call customer service 3 times to complete work that wasn't done. I'm now requesting a manager to come out without the technician who at one point suggested I call another company.
They were quick to give me an estimate. The cred did a good job, working long and hard in very hot steamy weather. The job was big and took them two days. At my request, they also returned to move one sprinkler head and adjust another one. They also came when they said they would and worked with me to coordinate with another company scheduled to kill the lawn and reseed. I'm very pleased.
