The agent (Geary) and workers were true professionals and did outstanding work. They replaced my 35+ years old plastic water service line with a copper line. This was a lot of work and when they were finished the yard and grass looked really great, even though there were four large holes dug to install the new line. I was very pleased with the work that was completed. They were a little busy during the beginning months of the summer so it did take sometime before they were actually able to make it out to our home. But we were pleased with the end result. My only complaint would be I wish they would of been in more contact with us during the waiting period, like just providing us with an update here and there. I would recommend them and would hire them again.
Contractor did very sloppy and unprofessional job and did not respond to my communication. Also, did not acquire proper permits from the county.

The appointment was rescheduled on the morning they were suppose to turn on my sprinkler system. The tech came on Mothers Day to turn on the water. He did a good job but he was unable to raise the height on 2 sprinkler heads and informed that I would have to schedule another appointment to get the heads fixed at an additional home visit cost of $90.00. I was told that the tech would be able to fix and adjust my system when he got there but he said he does not do that kind of work,, so I have to pay twice.

Sir, the $90.00 was for the turn on, it does not cover for any repairs for heads, pipes, etc. Any repairs are not free.
The Irrigation Professionals is the ultimate in honest business practices, quality work at a reasonable price, and excellent customer service. I received 3 estimates from 3 different companies. The Irrigation Professional's estimate was the cheapest of the 3 received, and it was less than half of the estimated cost for the highest of the 3 estimates received. They arrived on time, they called and confirmed the appointment, they were friendly and easy to talk to. They checked on my sprinkler system, programmed and showed me how to use it. They tested everything and made very good recommendations. I highly recommend them and I will continue to use them for sure. Very pleased with their services.
First, I was scheduled for an appointment on a Wednesday and no one showed up or called. I called the office the next day to reschedule and the lady had no idea no one had come, even though I had texted the boss when they didn’t show up. Then to top it off, I was given a quote of $135 via text message and sent pictures because he didn’t want to come out to give a quote. The pictures clearly showed a broken pipe and damaged backflow. Courteous service. Pleasant agent (Geary), very easy to talk to, very informative. The installation was quick and of good quality.
Fernando is excellent. The fee seems high but I do not want my plantings to die in this heat before the other company arrives 5/11. He diagnosed a cracked pipe for my hand held hose and is going to repair it. He is off to get needed supplies. Charge seems high but I need the pipe/hose for other plantings. Fernando is caring , focused and seemingly knowledgeable. More later after this additional job.
