How have we never heard of this place?! The restaurant was clean, and our server greeted us with a huge smile and was so much fun, she even sang to us! The service alone made the experience great. We started with the deep-fried pickles and bruschetta. My wife and I went for dinner. Unfortunately food was extremely bland. I had the jambalaya and soon after I got home I got sick to my stomach and have been sick to my stomach ever since. Unfortunately we won't be back.
Thank you to the Iron Skillet Restaurant - BARRIE for a lovely wiener schnitzel dinner to help us celebrate my mother's 83rd birthday yesterday. When they say traditional Austrian schnitzel, they mean it. Broccoli soup was fantastic. Everyone in our family enjoyed and highly recommend.
It was a refreshing change from the meals available in other restaurants. Fresh, homemade, great portions. So happy we found this place.
We regularly went for breakfast which was always great. Breakfast Mac and Cheese should come with a defibrillator:) We have recently gone for dinner and the quality of the food is really very good. Portions are crazy good. The roast beef was exceptional.
