Another weekend passes and I am growing more and more frustrated with The Iron Shop. We ordered our $6k spiral staircase (NOT including a few thousand $$ for labor) on May 13. After being told and as stated on the contract that the stairs would ship in 8-9 weeks, we are now going on 11 weeks and are being told it will still be another 3 weeks until *hopefully* the stairs are completed in their shop.
