Showed up two hours early to the bears game recently, but it still took an hour to get our simple food orders. Our glasses (just cola) had chunks of some kind of citrus fruit in them, and when I asked for pull tabs, I was told "once [they] get through the line, I'd get them. Which is stupid, since it would take one minute, and get $5 instantly to the bar. This is also my second time being there... the (bears) fans are alright, but the bar & kitchen were terrible both times. Food was ok but took WAY too long.
