worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. We waited 2 hours for our food. Good food, but definitely not worth the wait. So very disappointed :(

refused us service I have been told at other restaurant a 1 hour wait but never told not accepting orders.! I no business is good but I don't believe it is good enough to refuse service altogether why not leave it to the customer to decide as opposed to losing the business all together? We as family have been talking about taking a road trip to visit the Irish Shanty to have a Gunderburger. We finally made the trip this weekend . We arrived and were seated by the owner right away (they weren't busy). She brought us ice water and said a wait person would take our order. We waited for 15 minutes, while watching the owner go to the bar and chat with a man having a drink. Thought that was rude. Would have loved to have some Gunderburger for my birthday, but seems the kitchen is too busy for a carryout lunch. I had thought we could give this place a try again with the new ownership, but won't make that mistake again. I have no problems to give my business to St. Olaf and get some great tenderloins.
