Update (09/12): Guess what we hear above us again. It’s 10pm. Stomping, as well as noise from a cheap rickety bed, thumping above us. Right on schedule. I have lived here since the building opened. The first few years, I had no issues. The last two have been nothing short of a nightmare. Moving is not an option. The condo we purchased is under construction in a new building. Major concerns with what’s permitted in the building in terms of resident conduct. Whether it’s behavior that goes unenforced during quiet hours or even lease violating issues, that are intentionally neglected. Being made aware that individuals can harass & continuously perpetuate the same issue, with no accountability is far from comforting. Especially to know that it’s gone on for so long. I'm going to give this place 3 stars for now :) I do like the amenities here, I love my apartment and my view itself... But unfortunately there are a few things I do not like. The carpets in the hall have not been replaced and before I moved in, In July they informed me on my walk through that the carpets in the hallway would be replaced and it is not. It is filled with pee, poop stains, mysterious liquids from people's trash cans and more. The elevators and valet trash for me has been pretty consistent. Another issue would ... read more
Up until recently have really had no issues in this building but now there are mushrooms popping up in the buildings hallways growing out of the base boards.
