After seeing a story about the Iowa clinic obgyn on the news this morning I feel I need to make my own public statement about them. We went to them when I found out I was pregnant with with my second child. After the experiences we had with our oldest we knew that we did not want to go back to the Mercy practice we had been with for that pregnancy. Dr. Tran wrote the book on bedside manner. She thoroughly explains without being teachy or preachy. She's the only provider I want moving forward. The nursing staff is friendly as well.
Terrible, lets let someone completely prepped and ready for a surgery that they are in desperate need of all to be told "sorry" you asked a question and now it is documented and now we no longer will allow you to have the surgery unless you see another physician that is off work till way after you have planned your time off work. Point of the story DON"T ASK A QUESTION THROUGH EMAIL.
