Everyone I dealt with today was professional, personable, and had a great team spirit. I’m impressed!!! (FYI: I was taught to seldom if ever give a 5 star review. This one was well deserved!)
For many years I m a patient of this clinic! Love all of them and how do they treat us!
I had a procedure at the dermatology clinic which was fine. But I have a billing issue. The billing people told me that they'd have the clinic manager call me; I've been waiting a month. I called the clinic and they said they'd have the clinic manager call me, I've been waiting a week. I think they just want me to pay and not ask questions. It's not great patient service.
April Kolb was the worst doctor we've had. She charged fees that had previously been covered under insurance for annual exams. Her manager was also unhelpful. April also wouldn't listen to concerns and would send for repeat tests that didn't help instead of finding other solutions.
