Twice now I’ve been sent home in agony for a lower back issue. I understand about the opioid epidemic, but not everyone is drug seeking and it’s an insult to be treated as such. I believe he prescribed me an anti-inflammatory and a muscle relaxer. One of them I was informed would have a terrible reaction with my lithium, so my pharmacy sent in a request for an alternative and never heard anything back back. I absolutely adore Dr. April Kolb and her nurse, Jamie, at the Iowa Clinic on Alice's Road. I am greeted by the biggest smile and greatest enthusiasm to see me by Jamie every time I come in for an appointment. She is truly a ray of light. She was also a tremendous help in securing a medication that was difficult to get approved by insurance.
