The two women at the front desk—the Asian woman and the white woman—do not have a respect,to the worst emergency. Some folks wait two days to visit a physician.
I initially felt frustrated and concerned when I received a callback for additional views, following a regular screening. Feeling confident about the results I would receive made agreeing to the expense a difficult one for me personally. The team from the callback scheduling all the way through the process, the staff I encountered were friendly, understanding and professional. I received excellent care. Thankfully, I also received the results I expected! Now I just have to manage the debt I incurred.

Had been in a car accident. No broken bones. Made it in at 6pm and walked out of the waiting room at 7am after never being seen other than a few X-rays. The nurse "Nancy" in the er gave me additude when I pointed out that I had been there for 13 hrs and wanted the tube in my arm removed made me feel oh so special. Hope she gets to find out what it is like on e the other side of the the counter.
