Absolute garbage customer service. They fumbled my workers comp payment on 2014 after providing them with the correct info. Recently got a call from a debt collector because they didn't follow through on it correctly. Called SEVEN times in the last two weeks, each time Mona or some other office person has promised I'd get a call back that day.
