If I could give zero stars I would. I went in for an exam, and that's all that was done, an exam. Next thing I know I get a bill for an exam fee AND a surgery fee. I never had surgery. I never gave consent for anything to be done. When I called to ask about it I was told that the exam was a surgery and I have to pay that fee, if I don't they'll send me to collections. Providers are not supposed to perform surgeries (or procedures for that matter) without first obtaining consent. Now I have this surgery bill I have to pay, ev... read more
