Maintenance is always quick to resolve any issues. My AC recently went out and Zaul had it resolved within 30 minutes of submitting my issue.
The new manager is a plague on this community and has been nothing but trouble since she arrived. I am being retaliated against now as I write this review because the new manager is so incompetent that I had to call the city code enforcement to get an issue fixed and now they have purposefully thrown pine straw and carpet shavings and other trash onto my patio and say I am Violating the lease. This is a very corrupt and inept company STAY AWAY believe every bad review about this place.
Been here for 3 years, phenomenal staff. Amber has been quick on all needs and Zaul is always willing to help when I run into him! Plan to stay for a couple more years
I lived at Invitational Apartments for 1.5 years. My experience was not great, so I’m here to give an honest review for those maybe looking for their next place to live. The location is nice, near The District, so there’s close shopping and restaurant options. However, my apartment did get broken into and robbed when I lived there (the staff did not seem to care about this btw). The only other good thing was maintenance was seemingly quick to respond to important maintenance calls (others, not so much). I had multiple issues... read more
The maintenance workers are amazing! I am especially impressed with how polite, friendly, and professional Jordan is. When my air conditioner went out in the evening, he installed a swamp cooler until it was fixed.
