Sal and Jimmy, the service technicians at Invitational Apartments, do a great job. I've lived at Invitational for about 8 years. It's a great place to live. Any time I need some repairs done, they always take good care of me with expediency and professionalism.
Things were great the first two years. Declined in the third year. New management is phenomenal, hope to stay an additional few years. I adore Xochitl and Amber, as well as. Very responsive and helpful. The maintenanve staff is timely and friendly, very clear in intent and explanation.
I just wanted to thank Amber and Xotchi for their excellent service and our maintenance Jimmy and Saul for always helping us to have our house repaired efficiently.
We moved in September 2025. Amber helped me with the move in process & after that everything was good. If we had any issues, Amber & the manager would tend to it immediately. I appreciate people like them. Thumbs up if you plan on moving to this location!
Amber, Sal, Jimmy and Xochitl are fantastic, caring and very supportive in any inquiries and help. Been here for over 4 years, thank you!
