Terrible experience with customer service and front desk. Rude, unhelpful, strange attitude, obnoxious communication, make you feel like you are at a truck stop motel.
Husband's company had a cocktail hour, dinner party and awards banquet here and got rooms for everyone. It was so nice! Live classical music in a dimly lit bar area, the large event rooms were setup beautifully. The hotel itself is Hilton all the way! Luxury, quality, exactly what you'd expect from a Hilton. Very nice hotel accommodations and excellent options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room I was in was nice but could do with a little update. Clean and staff are very helpful and polite.
I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel back in August. My friend and I fell very ill after our first day there. I ended up going to urgent care and hospital 3 times. My tests came back positive for salmonella. We dined at the brewery and I had the burger and tater tots. Because of this food poisoning, I missed the concert at red rocks that I flew across the country to attend, and also missed the second part of my trip for my uncles funeral. The Inverness was nice, the room was clean and the staff is helpful. However, my second night was interrupted by a barking dog, which was incredibly annoying. I called the front desk, they said they were going to send security up. The dog continued to bark all night long. Also, they advertise that they have two restaurants open until 10 PM, however, only the brewery is open.
