RecommendedVery efficient. Great customer care and Dr. Ung was great taking care of me.
The receptionist is rude and doesn’t listen to anything. Will not be returning here.

Staff is kind and efficient. Dr Ung and Arun Sun are both awesome, having excellent medical skills as well as compassion and a great bed side manner.
Staff is very caring, all trying to help with my pain issues.
Professional, extremely courteous & helpful from sign in to sign out. Wish I could remember names but the young lady that went over my forms, the young lady that helped me to procedure room, & Dr Ung is so nice, explains everything from start to fish which was around 5 mins! It wasn’t painful @ all & now I’m extremely anxious to get left side done. Ty all so much for this positive experience!
Dr. Ung and staff are very pleasant and courteous. Things are explained in a very understanding manner.
Everyone is amazing! I have back problems and getting shots is my only relief! I was nervous my first time but the nurse and the doctor tell you what they are going to be doing before they do it so no surprises! I’m so glad I found this place because it’s helped me in so many ways!!
Poor poor poor was referred by carilion after xray and CT scan for bulging disc and arthritis in my neck first visit meet with pa where we discussed options for treatment and set up follow up with doctor went back was told it was going to be another consultation??? after nurse left we sat in exam room for 1/2 hour waiting for doctor never showed nor did staff come by to keep us informed really poor patient care by the way appointment was at 3.15 arrived at 2.55 walked out at 3.45 .definitely rate them as uncaring.
Will not help you with pain. One of the worst places I been to. Done all their testing and was told I have all kinds of problems. No help for me.
