I live the message.I had a neighbor install one of those horrid "security lights" it out up my entire house ...500 feet away. I ended up buying her a shielded light.......Bright glare is not security!!!!
We're rebuilding our house after a devastating fire. Along with solar , we will be using light fixtures suggested by this site to lessen our light pollution impact. :) PS, as a native northeasterner, I'm sad to report I've never really seen the Milky Way. Hoping to find and travel to a dark sky location very soon!
