I love this site! It's amazing!
Highly recommend for all of our Peach and Houston neighbors. I talked to them today. Very nice and knowledgeable people. Thank you Ken Percell.
Preserving the experience of the dark sky, filled with stars, is something that I believe human beings need in order to remember the wonder and awe, or even the existence, of the larger whole. It is the psychological equivalent of preserving clean air to breathe. It is that important.

Concientización de apagar las luces en las noches para el desarrollo natural de las especies.
I am dying to see a dark starry night sky again, sick with longing. Don't see in cities where I live, haven't seen since trip out West and sleeping out under stars in 60s. It's our God-given right to see this and artificial light is taking it away and worst people don't even realize it.
