This office is completely unorganized and unprofessional. I call, they don’t know who my agent is. I needed to increase the value of our homeowners insurance due to our recent renovation. I spoke with Mike for over 30 minutes detailing everything we did, etc. He said he would call me back the next day. I waited a week (never heard anything), called back and left a message.
