I was impressed with Dr Zhou receptionist Valerie as she was very helpful along with Dr Zhou. When Dr Zhou learned about my upcoming vacation, she scheduled my procedure immediately in order for myself to have a stress free vacation.
The doctor was clear regarding the issues of concern. The staff is very professional and helpful. The PA listened carefully to my questions, answered them and then was open to further questions.
Dr. Curtin is listed as my GI doctor, but he is so overbooked that I have effectively had no meaningful access to him, even when I am dealing with urgent symptoms. Instead, I keep being routed to random doctors or PAs in the practice, which has resulted in no continuity of care and no one truly overseeing my case. I now have confirmed C. diff, which is a potentially serious infection that can become dangerous without timely diagnosis and treatment.
