My favorite bracelet broke. I contacted customer service. Briana Damas found that my bracelet was under warranty, and I was able to receive a new one at no cost, just shipping. Thank you so much for the quick response, within a day, I have a new bracelet on its way to me.

I purchased jewelry at the Fort Lauderdale location while on vacation and unfortunately I lost a charm i’ve been loving, I contacted the help center and talked to madison welch and she was so kind and understanding and told me she would send me a replacement immediately. She was on top of my text messages and it was a very enjoyable experience!! I also want to add the jewelry is beautiful!
