I purchased jewelry at the Fort Lauderdale location while on vacation and unfortunately I lost a charm i’ve been loving, I contacted the help center and talked to madison welch and she was so kind and understanding and told me she would send me a replacement immediately. She was on top of my text messages and it was a very enjoyable experience!! I also want to add the jewelry is beautiful!

Love these bracelets! I have several and give them as gifts for friends and family, well made with a beautiful message. Shout out to Madison Welch for providing excellent customer service! She made it easy when my gift to a friend was damaged in transit. Thank you for all you do!
