Amanda and Kenzie were absolutely amazing!!!!! They were extremely helpful, friendly, and the vibe was on point!! We were celebrating my daughter's 9th birthday with some of her friends and Amanda and Kenzie was phenomenal!!!! Forever customer!!!
I’ve been to this store a few times and I love being in it, the associates are always friendly and knowledgeable. Today however, was a polar opposite experience where I came in excited to have a new custom bracelet with my favorite quote on it and left in almost tears without a purchase. The lady who said it was HER store (quite aggressively) was so short and snappy and had such negative energy. She showed zero interest in even my presence being there and it felt like I was ruining her alone time she had with her back turned... read more
