Very disappointed with my visit today. I go in the store and ask if I could redeem the insurance bracelet I've bought for my bracelet that broke, was told I needed the broken beads, which is what I wasn't told when I bought the insurance.. I was told all I needed to do was come back in and give them my email so they could look up my insurance purchase, but supposedly they don't take emails..
