Deceitful sales. I purchased 7 bracelets with insurance. I was told with insurance I could get them replaced if ANYTHING happened to them. My son broke his while fishing. When I tried to get it replaced I was told I needed to bring a couple of beads from the bracelet which I couldn’t do because he broke it at the texas city dike. Very disappointed with my visit today. I go in the store and ask if I could redeem the insurance bracelet I've bought for my bracelet that broke, was told I needed the broken beads, which is what I wasn't told when I bought the insurance.. I was told all I needed to do was come back in and give them my email so they could look up my insurance purchase, but supposedly they don't take emails..
