Ordered a custom bracelet 3 weeks ago in store. Paid and never got confirmation email or text. Had to email company a week later and they still haven’t sent order to shipping (2 weeks later) didn’t have order on time for birthday and probably won’t have it in time for Christmas at this rate. Very disappointed in this company. Not worth the price and definitely not a ‘2 day shipping’

The jewelry is beautiful, the customer service is lacking. The employees did not know how to operate the system. I purchased 10 bracelets and it took more than 25 minutes to check out. Also, I signed up for the rewards and was texted a code for one but the staff didn’t know how to enter it to the system. For the price paid, I expected more.
