Very charming shop! I was greeted by Ava and she was so friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
Awesome experience picking out a beautiful gift for my sister! The messages on the jewelry are beautiful and encouraging!
The jewelry is beautiful, the customer service is lacking. The employees did not know how to operate the system. I purchased 10 bracelets and it took more than 25 minutes to check out. Also, I signed up for the rewards and was texted a code for one but the staff didn’t know how to enter it to the system. For the price paid, I expected more.
Ava was an amazing help! Beautiful selection of meaningful jewelry!
