Nicole was amazing !!
Went in to purchase a graduation bracelet for my little sister. Wanted a pink jade bracelet with holistic charms. As soon I was walk in the sales lady hovers over me. I told her I didn't need assistance but she still followed right beside me the entire time I was browsing. I left after feeling overwhelmed by her constant presence.
Horrible experience at this store to no fault of the employee. We asked if we were able to use both a $20 gift card and the buy 3, get 1 free and she confirmed we could. I was absolutely shocked that after my gift card and the free 4th bracelet that my total was over $370. I asked if their prices vary from the website and she confirmed that they are different.
