This place is so fun! Melissa deserves a stand up show. I laugh, I cry, I sing, I sweat. I don’t get to go often because I live out of town but I always make an effort to take at least one class when I’m here. The energy is great and the music is always on point! Thank you!!
I enjoyed the class. I was surprised that there is very little synchronization of the participants with the instructor...Instructor and participants were going in opposite directions virtually the whole time, with no effort to get in synch. That is not what I am used at other spin studios.
Amazing classes, instructors and atmosphere. Highly recommend. I've never been to a place and had such an amazing workout while having fun doing it!! It's not just the to workout, it's the community.
Jenna was a super fun instructor and super welcoming! The choreography was fun and challenging, the music was elite! Will definitely be returning for more classes!
