I enjoyed the class. I was surprised that there is very little synchronization of the participants with the instructor...Instructor and participants were going in opposite directions virtually the whole time, with no effort to get in synch. That is not what I am used at other spin studios.
Amazing classes, instructors and atmosphere. Highly recommend. I've never been to a place and had such an amazing workout while having fun doing it!! It's not just the to workout, it's the community.
Jenna was a super fun instructor and super welcoming! The choreography was fun and challenging, the music was elite! Will definitely be returning for more classes!
This was my first 45 minutes cycle and tone. The instructor was enthusiastic and encouraging. Kicked my butt!
Instructor was super friendly, studio was clean, and the music was awesome!!! When I walked in they made me feel super welcomed, which helped with first time nerves. Will definitely come back! :)
