We stayed here on February 13th in the king suite and were extremely disappointed by the room. Not at all worth $350 for a night stay. The bathroom sink would not drain, there were hairs all over the bathroom floor, make up stains in the sheets. It was like the room had not been cleaned. Lastly, it was almost impossible to control the heat, it would either be blasting or not on at all. We told this to the front desk and we were told the manager would give us a call but more than 3 weeks later we still have not gotten a call.

The Inn @ Saratoga.... 1st time here... Customer service staff 10/10, Food service staff ( restaurant ) 10/10, food 10/10, parking 7/10 ( customers take parking & half and / or park their vehicles so bad, hotel staff should take care of it and make customers have more consideration when parking their vehicles ) , room ( can hear the cars and everything from outside like if the window is completely open 3/10... If U have problems to sleep like me good luck with it ). If I would stay in The Inn @ Saratoga , possibly yes.

I'm going to start this off with the staff, we mostly were helped by Gabby and Johnny, not only were they the nicest and most professional people but they were funny, and made us feel very comfortable. We had an issue with our original room in the cottage with the water and the help was quick and didn't seem like a burden at all to them. We ended up moving rooms and we were so happy with the exchange it wasn't hard at all. Gabby helped us with the door and was just the sweetest person ever. The service was amazing, the staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The rooms are very nice but in need of upgrades, our first room The tv did not work and in the second room our phone did not work and the bathroom plumbing was extremely loud.
