We liked our stay at the Inn mainly because of the friendly staff. The Inn is showing its age and needs renovation. I’d discourage anyone from booking the old Brownell Cottage, no WiFi, tiny TV and just very old. Stay in the main hotel. Breakfast was delicious every morning and dinner in the bar very good. Loved location. We’ll wait for some updating of the building before we return as we’d love to come back.
Rooms were gorgeous and the staff really went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful to us for our short stay.
We visit Saratoga every year and this is our first time at The Inn at Saratoga. Beautiful! Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, dinner was delicious, our room was lovely, clean and comfortable. We look forward to our next stay here!
