Not what I was expecting! A historical building but it is just not nice! Old, smelly, humid.
A beautiful old fashioned hotel. It is like time travel. Yes the bathroom and shower may not be ultra modern but they are clean and work well. The breakfast is excellent and only $10. The beds are very comfortable, large 4 poster frames that look like mahogany. The bedrooms are very clean and the furniture comfortable. It is located walking distance from the stores and restaurants. It's a great little town with many fun, relaxing, activities. We went during mid week so the pace was very leisurely.
We ate at the restaurant tonight and Kathy was amazing. She was kind, detailed, and made the night. Thank you!
