Last week, I stayed at the Inn at Saratoga 9/28/25 to 9/30/25. Since I arrived early before the check-in time, the person at the front desk was very nice and I was allowed to be the first person to check in at 3 PM. Everything was smooth until late evening of 9/28/25. After flushing the toilet and going to bed, the flushing never stopped. I just got back from a stay here and I can attest to the helpfulness of the staff, particularly at the front desk. The young woman that I saw most often was extremely helpful with a personal disaster. Actually, she didn't need to do too much but her empathy and her friendly face were just what I needed. Breakfasts were great. It's an additional fee, but well worth it. In my opinion, any other restaurant would have cost more for what I had. Checked in last night and stayed in the Brownell suite mainly for the jacuzzi tub. First thing we noticed is the safety lock didn’t work but there was a rock u could wedge under the door. When it came time to enjoy the jacuzzi shocker it didn’t work. When we informed the front desk we got a we will make a note of it not even a sorry for the inconvenience. For the price we paid you would expect better service

Walkable to town and restaurants. Carpet in halls on 2nd floor need re-streched but other than that it was a beautiful older hotel.
