Great location to hospital Very friendly staff. Under construction currently, so a few issues.
This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and was surprised at how bad it has gotten. The room floor was covered in dirt and dryer lint. I was confused at how the staff could miss so much. There were also no towels in the room. Not one. I called the front desk twice to send towels up but after waiting 30-40 minutes I went down to the lobby. Beautiful hotel in a really nice location.
TLDR: if you are staying here please be careful with your belongings. Cleaning staff will enter without any notice and throw away your things. Updated: When I met with the team in person and provided feedback online, no compensation was given and at both times I received very generic and cold replies. I requested a late check out but the house cleaning staff still came in, didn’t throw out the trash but threw away the food i purchased for lunch. Absolutely ridiculous.
