What can I say about this Hotel I gave you 1 star so I could write this review. You charge $400.00 a night for a room with old beds that make noise and are uncomfortable the carpets look like they have not been cleaned in 50 years dust everywhere they made us wait for our room because they did not have clean rooms meanwhile when we finally got our rooms my son's bedsheets had blood stains on them and at the end they gave me a credit of $60.00 wow how generous of you this hotel is a very expensive Holiday Inn I actually had t... read more
They did a beautiful job with our wedding this past weekend. They made our dream wedding come true! Everything ran smoothly. Our Maitre' D Tony was on top of everything & our attendant Kristi was amazing. Penny, our coordinator was so sweet and even left us a bottle of champagne with a sweet note on our wedding day since she could not be there. I would recommend this venue to anyone planning an event, and would like it to be spectacular! My step-daughter got married this Saturday, and we hosted a Sunday brunch for 50 guests at the restaurant connected to the Hotel, Desmond's. From the moment we arrived on Saturday to our departure on Sunday the staff at East Wind (and Desmond's) made dreams come true. We had a large group book a winery tour bus package at your hotel this past weekend October 14-15, 2017. Our bus driver for the tour, Lamont, was excellent and we had an awesome day visiting three wineries. However, our party was mostly over 40 and Baiting Hollow Winery is not an appropriate stop for our age group. This winery was more like Boardy Barn gone wild and not at all what you would expect a wine tasting tour to be like. This winery stop should be reconsidered as...Continue Reading
