RecommendedHad my wedding there 4/25/19. Everything was PERFECT! Kathleen was great and so was Melissa from day 1. The salon did my hair and makeup and my bridal party. Amazing service! Very pleased!
The sales people should REALLY think about fighting with a BRIDE & her girls ON HER DAY over a POT of coffee & the Bridal suite ....it cost them two weddings already & more to come i am sure. Karma alwayssssss comes Penny! 🤨🤔

Honestly it would have been 5 stars. My best friend had a beautiful wedding there and everything was gorgeous. The staff was amazing, most of them sweet. BUT it was a mistake to stay there. Every room whether it was the bridal suite or family and friend’s rooms had a mildew smell to them. So we had to use air freshening spray in every room. Then when we were leaving we came to find out that there was mold in our closet. Completely grossed out. For the amount of money we spent it was definitely not worth staying there. It saddens me to only give this establishment 2 stars. My husband & I got married here on September 5, 2010. For that experience I would have easily given 5 plus stars as it was wonderful! This past Sunday we booked a room to celebrate our anniversary early. We had dinner at the shoppes & then went to our room. While it was clean, there was a strong smell of mold coming from the a/c vent. Unfortunately, I couldn’t stay more than 4 hours in the room because of a severe asthma attack.
