I am not the one to complain about a business, i was never that type of person BUT i have never been so disgusted with a business that i was once happy to have my wedding at. I am happy to say that we cancelled. East Wind has done nothing but cause me and billy stress. They are screwing my daughter over! They could not accommodate which is fine! They said they were keeping 3500 which again is fine! But give them back the 8100 in one sum not over 8 months! Their thief’s! Do not recommend in anyway unless you want them to screw you out of your money for no good reason
If you book a venue with them and need to cancel your reservation they keep more than your deposit and will not refund the remaining balance to you. They will give it back in installments!!! They keep more than double the deposit! This is thieving. We all have been hit by the pandemic and stealing from patrons is not the way to get through it!!! Disgusting!

Had my daughter's Sweet 16 here and what an amazing night, Thank you Penny, Tony, Liz and Tommy Tunes.. During these Crazy times of Covid , East Wind made sure our party and safety of our guests were priority.. as well as the food, service, and all around accommodations!
beds are highly uncomfortable. It is like sleeping on a brick. I called the front desk and they said they're all the same. And gave an "Oh, sorry."
Great place. Food is excellent . Service is excellent and everyone is so nice and so helpful. Grounds and place is absolutely beautiful . My daughters wedding was amazing last November. I highly recommend it
I have to tell you I am absolutely infuriated at what happened today when I drop my wife off to have her hair colored and cut. You’re charging $10 for a mask and gloves for the person who are cutting their hair? Since when does it become a profit scheme to make extra money off of this pandemic ? absolutely disgusting ! I was seriously thinking about buying a couples massage for my wife and I when you reopen but you can forget that.
