We stayed here this past weekend and while the location was great, we had an issue with the room which was disgusting and we were given the runaround when we complained about it. One of the toilets in the suite was leaking dirty water everywhere and we were told to use towels to mop it up and that it would be fixed the next day. No one ever came to fix it. When you pay a certain amount for a hotel, you expect a certain standard and we didn't get that here.

We have been staying here every summer for the past 5 years. I love the atmosphere!!! This is my families favorite place to stay. We will definitely be back again as always!
