I have just left this hotel and have had one of the worst experiences ever. I do not know if this is the hotels’ culture that is racist or just a racist member of staff. My friends and I ate at 790 on the Gulf which is the restaurant in the hotel. Patrons are allowed to park at the hotel if eating at the restaurant. We enjoyed our food and took our cocktails into the balcony to enjoy our drinks. Wonderful stay here...not enough room to tell how perfect everything was. The staff were very nice and the beach chair guy, John, was the best ever!!! We stayed in condo 409 and it was excellent …Will be back next year!!!
Great service all around and clean amenities. Very friendly staff and beach side service! The restaurant is amazing too! I would definitely recommend this place.

The Inn at Chrystal Beach is very spacious and reasonably priced. It has a friendly staff and is located on a beautiful beach front.
Won't issue refunds for Spring Break despite the virus. Not acceptable
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very clean, very nice accommodations! Friendly staff! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!
