Joel is THE only artist I trust! He's very creative, sterile, and total masterpiece delivered every time! I recommend him to everyone, and have now got my husband and many friends devoted to him. I had an amazing experience here with Joel for my first tattoo! I didn't get anything crazy but instead something very sentimental and important to my family and myself. Joel was fantastic to both sit for and converse with. 10/10 would play again IGN ;)
