The quality of ink is amazing and the people are soo incredibly helpful!! I will never go anywhere else to buy my ink from now on!
What a super nice lady. I remember her f49m KPLA and she is the real deal.
Tried them for the first time. Works great for so much less.
Drove up right before closing time in need of a couple of colors. Instead of requiring me to pull my baby out of her carseat and lug her in for a 2 minute stop, they met me at my vehicle to get my order and card. In a flash I had my new ink and a receipt and they gave me a discount for bringing my old cartridges in :)
