Jim was so awesome and came to the facility I work at in 30 mins and helped fix my issue with the ink cartridge going into the printer. Wonderful service!!!!
I go to the Sedalia location. (It's more of a production facility, but they have some inks in stock there, too.) Kind people with great customer service! They are very helpful if you have questions or a problem with your ink. The prices for ink refills are fantastic (seriously, compare them to buying your new cartridges)! Great prices and VERY friendly people! Go the extra mile to help. Had issues NOT with the ink but with my printer and updates that HP does to their computer. The people at The Ink Factory spent 30 minutes on the phone with me helping me install what needed to be installed so my printer would read the cartridge. They didn't have to do that since I had already purchased the ink from them. Just shows they TRULY care about their customers. I will be back. Thank you!!!
