Avoid! This guy takes the cake for rudest human being I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If you don't want to be treated like garbage and have your concerns dismissed then this place isn't for you. After they replaced the BCM in my 2010 ve ss Commodore I was experiencing performance issues which felt like the timing or fuel air mix was inconsistent (rough idle, hesitation and poor acceleration at times). Disregard anyone who doesn’t give this man 5 stars. I had a fault with my towing connection, brand new towing module from Volkswagen and the lights would not work on my trailer. I had 3 auto electricians evaluate and disregard me as the problem was too timely and hard to diagnose. Graham figured it out within an hour and fixed it in 3. 4 hours total and great value for money as far as I’m concerned. I will return with any auto electrical problems in the future.
