We have lived here for almost five years, and originally thought it would continue to be our home in the city until true colors were shown. The building clearly puts bare minimum efforts into the upkeep of the general floors and amenities. The gym is disgusting and has never been deeply cleaned. Absolutely loved our apartment, location, and the doormen however, when we moved during covid our lease had expired putting us month to month as we were never sent a lease renewal. We wrote our landlord Helen Silver of apartment 5E expressing how much we appreciated her and loved our apartment but had purchased a home in Upstate NY we would be moving out.
