Got approved for an application. They ask for money. I send money. Then do my own research and find out my dog, who's breed was listed on my application, is on their restricted list. It has been over a month and I still do not have my money back. I was also told a week ago I would get a call and have yet to receive this call back. I have also called 3 times and received voice-mail. I would hate for these people to be i n charge of my rental, my money or fixing repairs.
RecommendedI loved this place. Mom and I (Ozelene Hill) lived here from November 2009 til December 2010. We moved back home to take care of her property in the county. After that, I took care of Mom for nine years til her death Nov. 2014. She was 90. We had two Yorkies which we walked every morning. Now, that mom is gone, I can't afford to live there. Worst apartment complex ever! Especially for the price. The bald maintenance guy is rude when he has to come back and fix a problem he supposedly fixed before. We’ve had two office staffs in 2018 that did nothing. Now we have a new staff starting this month. I guess nobody can get it right huh? I’ve had this stank dog smell in my apartment since September 2018 and it’s not Feb 2018 and they’re just now making the neighbors behind be clean. They should’ve been evicted. I refus...
