Bad: - Yes you can hear the train - AC doesn’t work well in the summer so your place will get warm. Also, the units use non standard filters so you have to buy them for the building at a 10x premium - 25% - 50% of the elevators are down very frequently Good: - Great staff - Good location - Decent amenities, not by today’s standards in downtown, but at least a nice pool It’s a cool spot, but the building is showing its age
Great building.
The epitome of opulence. Incredible amenities and the most iconic skyscraper in the Austin skyline. Nothing even comes close. And unlike other buildings, this is 100% all residential, no mixed-use compromises whatsoever.
