The epitome of opulence. Incredible amenities and the most iconic skyscraper in the Austin skyline. Nothing even comes close. And unlike other buildings, this is 100% all residential, no mixed-use compromises whatsoever.
Best apartment building in town! But mainly, because the staff makes it feel like home! Yesi, Ellie, Megan, Trent, Pari, Chase, etc. have been my absolute anchors, especially after my divorce. ❤️ They always go the extra mile and make me feel truly at home in a way I’ve never experienced in any apartment building before. Their warmth, attention, and genuine care turn this place into more than just a residence. It’s a community. ❤️ I’m so grateful for this team. Highly recommend living at the Independent.
Leslie and Josue are the greatest people on Planet Earth, after a long night a lost phone ended up here and they answered a calll and helped up locate it. They are so sweet
Wonderful staff, great location. Every time I’ve visited I’ve enjoyed it!
Staff matters, and the staff here is fantastic. Super helpful and nice, and despite it being a difficult job, always seem happy to address your needs. Javier, Trent, Megan, Pari, and others all very helpful throughout the move and after. Of course the building and location is nice. So the staff are what make the difference.
