So, I never ever post reviews but... T.H.E. Inc. Roofing and Building Contractors did exactly what they said they would do. And then some ! T.H.E. Roofing restored my mothers' roof in 2016. She couldn't stop talking about how " they really helped me out." So, I gave them a call as soon as the leaking started on my ceiling at my house. They came out the next day to look at both my house and the garage roofs. Go elsewhere. They are true experts at the paper-shuffle shell-game. Deceptive invoice practices allow them to pocket huge margins after paying cheap sub-contractors to do the actual work. They are finally transparent about how much you owe when they send you a letter with amount due which also contains a threat of a mechanics lien if you don't pay. Real classy.
