My family and I will only ever go to this place for our imaging needs!! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The CT and MRI techs are very knowledgable and do a wonderful job of explaining what's going to happen during the scans.
Our visit was ok. My problem is we were scheduled for 1:15. We arrived at 1:00 to do any paperwork. We waited until 2:20 before my wife went back. The technician who performed the CT scan was great and very professional and knowledgeable. Our problem was my wife went blind for 20 minutes on Sunday we were sent to have the CT scan to find out if she had a stroke. We were worried and to have to wait and the receptionist were really busy with their phones. The technician is the only reason I rate them a three.
My husband goes there for all his MRI & x-rays the staff are very friendly and very professional.
There is no place like The Imaging Center. Getting the results of testing without waiting is wonderful to those of us who have had negative results in the past. The staff is second to NONE in their concern and professionalism.
