My son and I received his diagnosis on November 19th. We are still waiting for the written diagnosis report. I have called, texted and emailed many, many times but don't hear back and still don't have the report. The sad thing is that based on my son's diagnosis, he is eligible for services, but we can't get them without the report. This is a frustrated mom!
The Doctors and staff do NOT care about my son or my time! I scheduled my first appointment for September 2021 and The Doctor was 3 hours late. My second appointment was in October and they were 2 hours late. The third and last appointment was a zoom call. They told me they would text me before the zoom call. THEY HAVE NOT TEXTED ME OR CALLED ME. IT'S BEEN TWO DAYS. This is unbelievable! DO NOT GO TO The Imagine Center for Psychological Health! They do not care!
