Wish I would’ve read these reviews prior. I showed up yesterday for my C&P exam after driving almost an hour away to find out my appointment was canceled cause the doctor called out of work. They told me they called me and left a voicemail but they couldn’t provide me with the number they called. Very unprofessional!
I have never felt so disrespected in my life as a Combat Veteran in my life. If the VA tries to send you here tell them no and go somewhere else
Awful!!!! They call me the day before and tell me to be there at 7:30 am for an 8am appointment because I have to fill out paperwork…I get there at 7:30 am and they don’t even open their doors until 8am!!! I had to take off work because having to be there at 7:30 I wouldn’t have made it on time! I could have worked if I knew their doors weren’t opened until 8am!!! Very unprofessional!!!
Don't go there if you can help it!! VA will send you to QTC and they will set up your evaluation exam with someone in the IMA Group. Your problems will begin there!! You won't be able to get any of the results from any tests that are performed on you. Plus you will have to repeat those tests for "comparison". Plus you will not see a doctor but some kind of nurse instead and that nurse will write a report which is submitted to QTC who in turn sends it to the VA who, based on that report, approves or disapproves your claim. The most unprofessional group I've ever been to.a whole waiting room full of Claimants as they call us and behind the window all you here is laughing ancutting up.
