Interviewed other realtors regarding selling our home. Once we met with The Ihara Team (Dan - Randy and Johnny) we knew to move forward with them before they left our home. Came up with the perfect strategy - home sold for above list price after two busy open houses and we were able to find the perfect buyer - a nice family with younf children that wanted to grow up in Manoa.
