Not sure if the realtor Micah Hare is a honest realtor . Told seller who then became his client as a buyer that an offer needed to be put in immediately on this house that was on the market for months. “Needed” to get the buyer of current home under contract within 2 weeks to be able to proceed with the sellers accepting the offer of said future new home. Left a message about 3357 College Ave, May 3 @ 6:07. Peter Cachey called me back @ 6:47 pm. Set up first time viewing on Mary 5. Upon arrival he told I didn't have much time to view property which was disturbing as I drove 48 miles round trip for less than a 20 minutes tour. My offer was $125,000 cash. He made a guess on how many square footage is in the house as 1,000. Looked it up it's only 748. I made sure to take lots of pictures and videos to view later. May 9th at 11 am was my second meeting.
