Not sure if the realtor Micah Hare is a honest realtor . Told seller who then became his client as a buyer that an offer needed to be put in immediately on this house that was on the market for months. “Needed” to get the buyer of current home under contract within 2 weeks to be able to proceed with the sellers accepting the offer of said future new home.
