The Monarch treats their residents extremely poorly. We have been renting for a year and a half and only re-leased because we were moving out of state. Maintenance changes often, and though the recent guy does a good job, there are so many things that need work! There are roaches and other bugs and the Monarch has done NOTHING about it. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! Poorly maintained community and even more poorly made units! Management will try to get late fees and any extra money from you anyway they can.
