Wow, just came across a review, from me saying 2 stars? No way! I have no idea how that ever happened, but the Icing and the Cake has the best cupcakes in greater Charlotte, period! I've had cupcakes from all over the world (literally), and they rank up there with the best! Honestly, Dawn and Rachel, I have no idea how a two star rating ever showed up! We have used them for all of our cake and cupcake needs for birthdays, holidays, etc, and everyone raves about how awesome they are!

I second Damon's post.....I NEVER gave you guys 2 stars!! I swear!! I wouldn't have ordered Marin's birthday cupcakes and Sky's 16th bday cake from y'all if I only thought you were "Fair". :)
